BicFest engages children, teens, and young adults aged 4 to 30 years, providing programs that nurture creativity, confidence, leadership, and personal growth at every stage.

You can easily sign up through our website or during our registration drives. After registration, participants are shortlisted, trained, and guided through structured modules in modeling, talent development, and leadership.

BicFest training operates on a flexible subscription model. Each module runs for a set period, after which you may renew your subscription to advance or pause anytime based on your goals.

Beyond training, BicFest provides talent management, mentorship, community engagement, event planning and production, and even camping gear sales and rentals — all designed to support holistic youth development.

At BicFest, safety is our top priority. All programs are conducted in secure, age-appropriate environments under the supervision of trained mentors and certified facilitators. We maintain clear codes of conduct, ensure background checks for staff, and provide guidance and support throughout every event or camp.
